Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Factory reset your device to remove personal data and pack it securely in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
